Once a purchase has been completed and access to the digital product has been granted, all sales are final. Due to the nature of digital content, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Important Notes

• Digital products are considered consumed upon access or download.
• We are unable to revoke access or ensure non-usage once delivery has occurred.
• Accidental purchases, change of mind, or failure to read product descriptions do not qualify for refunds.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following limited situations:

• The digital product was not delivered due to a verified technical issue on our end.
• The file is corrupted or inaccessible, and we are unable to provide a replacement within a reasonable timeframe.

In such cases, customers must contact us within 2 days of purchase with valid proof of the issue.
